#351 | Chapter 10, Page 13 Posted by: Clownfish Studios , February 25, 2014 Huzzah! Color! Share! Tweet Kneon I really wish I’d not drawn all that detail on Talon’s ride. It’s a pain to draw. Insectoid But wicked cool nonetheless!! Speedy Marsh I won’t complain if you copy and paste. Of course, I’m sure there are nuts out there who think that the two cents you get from the ads gives them the right to demand a completely original work of art every panel. I know in the books it would be more noticeable, but once you have a half a dozen or a dozen views of it drawn, you could copy and paste and tweak the scale and shading, and we shouldn’t be able to tell. The ships are awesome, but it’s the faces that really tell the story. Kneon I wish I knew more about 3D rendering. I’d render the ships once and position them in Manga Studio, trace, and be done with it. Ha ha. Kneon Testing Disqus comments. Apparently some people’s browsers are having a hard time with the WordPress comments displaying improperly (or not at all). Bobismeisbob For me every other time they time out loading then I have to click reload and it loads right away. That’s all Discus for me though. Kambrea Pratt We are heading into the final stretch for the Shadowbinders Kickstarter! Thank you to everyone that backed! We still have 9 days to do as much as we can. We have set up some more stretch goals. 1. Acacia and Stu Paper dolls (can’t wait to see what Thom does with those 2) 2.Thom/Shadowbinders Digital sketchbook (see other art Thom has done, as well as tons of Shadowbinders related pieces) 3. Another Crimson Rhen of the True North issue. 4. Another brand new BOOK EXCLUSIVE story. I know we can do all of these if we work together. We are stalling out right now and we do need all of you to help spread the word. Even if you can’t afford to help financially, please help by sharing with friends, social media, family, etc. Everything helps, even if no one backs, but it boosts the readership that is GREAT! Thank you guys! Marlena H. Looks like everything is going down and it’s well organized. But from what I could tell they’ve been planning this a long time.
